• Prices are shown in Algerian dinars and are the final product prices
• The delivery fee depends on the wilaya and delivery method and is shown before you confirm; delivery is free for orders of 15,000 DZD or more
• The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order, even if it changes afterwards
• Pictures are for illustration; packaging colour or design may vary slightly between batches

After you send your order, our team calls you to confirm it. The order becomes final once confirmed by phone.

We may cancel an order if:

• We cannot reach you after 3 call attempts
• The product is out of stock (we will tell you, and you pay nothing)
• The details are incorrect, or the order appears to be fake

Payment is made in cash to the courier on delivery, after you check the order. We never ask for payment in advance.

• We deliver to all 58 wilayas, to your door or to a pickup desk
• Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days after confirmation, depending on the wilaya. This is an estimate and may be affected by the delivery company
• Please give a reachable phone number: the courier calls you before arriving

You may inspect your order at pickup before paying and refuse it at no cost if it is faulty or broken. Once received and paid for, items cannot be returned or exchanged. You also benefit from a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as detailed on the "Returns & warranty policy" page.

• We only collect what is needed to fulfil your order: name, phone number, wilaya, commune and address
• We use it to confirm and deliver your order, and share it only with the delivery company for that purpose
• We never sell or share your data with anyone else, and we use no advertising trackers
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us

We do our best to show accurate product and stock information.

We may update these terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
